Academy of Art University Debuts Much Diversity At NYFW

At the center of New York Fashion Week, this weeks platform is where a lot of people hope to be recognized yet only a select few will be. On the rare occasion that your styles and fashions are liked, you will be dubbed as being a great new talent. When you are not liked, you are ruled as being the worst trend around.

For the School of Fashion, the Academy of Art University is holding the runway showcase for the 21st time. Located at the Skylight Clarkson Square, the main focus point of everything related to Fashion Week, there are ten recent BFA grads and MFA grads who were debuted during the fashion week. Of these collections, five were focused on womenswear and two were focused on menswear and two of them were collaborations between them.

The designers who were featured in the showcase were diverse in their backgrounds ranging from China’s mainland to the coast of Maine. There were a few far off places through in the midst of it. The broadness of ideas covered silhouettes and craftsman techniques that were set to impress the audience including the Ms. J Alexander that most people know from being a part of America’s Next Top Model.

A school that was formed in 1929 and was labeled as being a school for the advertising art was founded by Richard S. Stephens. He was a painter and editor of a magazine. He controlled the school until 1951 when his son took over. In 1992, Elisa Stephens took over from her father. It was under her presidency that the number of students had increased from nearly 2000 people to over 18,000 people in 2012.

Kate Hudson Steps Out as the Lead Co-Founder of Fabletics

Kate Hudson has been able to gain an edge on Amazon because she has taking the time to really pursue her customer base and stay wired into what they like. She is closely involved with the customer base for Fabletics, more so than Jeff is for Amazon customers that buy clothes. There is a long line in the chain of communication for Jeff Bezos and all the other executives that are in charge of his clothing line. Kate Hudson, by contrast, has become someone that is working the room when it comes to presenting her brand through social media. She has continued to provide customers with a variety of different brands of clothing, and she even models many of the selections that are available on the website. This has allowed Fabletics customers to identify with her and this helps the brand tremendously.


In other words, Kate Hudson is promoting and building is brand herself because she has a greater knowledge of would it takes to make this company work. She is not a figurehead that is on the perimeters of this business model for Fabletics. She is totally engulfed in getting this company to more customers, and she is planning to do something very risky in the next five years. She is going out on a limb to open another 100 stores in order to get the brand out to more consumers. This is a bold choice when so many companies have stores that are closing. Kate Hudson is willing to expand because she believes in her brand.


Kate Hudson has taken on so much responsibility for Fabletics, but this is a good thing for Don and Adam. This actually give the other cofounders of Fabletics a chance to focus on the overall business that is now Tech Style.


Kate Hudson does not mind the responsibility for Fabletics. She is passionate about it, and she knows that this is the perfect transition from an acting career where younger actresses are in place to take on more roles. She has already put many of her major movie roles on the back burner and this has allowed her to dedicate herself to building up Fabletics. She believes that her stardom will definitely reach lots of customers, but she is planning to rely on this less in upcoming years. She focuses more on the clothing design and expanding this brand throughout geographical locations.

Kate Hudson’s Fabletics Moves Into Amazon

Amazon is a very convenient place for people to do their shopping. They can find almost everything that they need on the site and this gives them the chance to make sure that they are helping all of their customers. They are completely devoted to every customer and they do what they can to make sure that they are providing them with the highest level of customer service possible. It is something that they have worked hard to be able to do and something that they are going to continue offering to all of their customers while they are on the Internet.

They plan to move on to Amazon so that they will be able to do more with what they have. It has also allowed Fabletics to make sure that they can do what they want with the various options for themselves.


Despite the fact that they are going to Amazon, customers are still encouraged to take the style quiz. It is an integral part of the company and something that you will need to do if you want to find the outfit that is just right for you. Without taking the style quiz, you may end up picking an outfit that you hate. That would be bad because then you wouldn’t use it to work out in the way that you wanted to.
